+ 3 bottles of IDENTICAL Red wine per team
(Last year’s winning wine, Meiomi Pinot Noir, is not eligible to win for 2015)
Teams may consist of 1-3 people
(You can register individually or one person can register the entire team, but you will check in your team at the event)

ADMISSION:
$25/person (through 10.02.15), $35.00/person (after 10.02.15)
PLUS 3 bottles of identical RED wine per team.
(Teams may consist of 1 to 3 people)
CHECK IN: 6:30pm-7:00pm, Please plan to check in with all team members present.
WINE CHECK IN: All wine must be checked in no later than 7:00 pm. All 3 bottles MUST be identical for admission and must be checked in at ROOM TEMPERATURE, any wine submitted chilled or heated will be disqualified. (so don’t try to cheat!)
**The 2014 Blind Wine winner, Meiomi Pinot Noir, is not eligible to win in 2015.**
HOW IT WORKS: Each team will need to bring 3 bottles of the same red wine (ex: Three bottles of 2006 Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon). Wines must be submitted at standard room temperature. Chilled, heated or uncorked wines will be disqualified. Upon arrival, your team’s wine will be collected; two bottles are placed in bags to hide the label, assigned a number and set out for the “blind” tasting at 7:00 pm. The team with the most votes for their wine as favorite will win ALL unopened 3rd bottles of wine from the other teams.
From 7:00 - 8:30 pm, the blind tasting and voting takes place. Votes are counted at 8:30 pm, and the winners are announced at 9:00 p.m. Winning Team must be present at time of announcement to win.
Admission also includes complimentary light hors d’oeuvres, beer and entertainment.
RAFFLE INFO:
Bring in plastic jars of Peanut Butter or Jelly for Food For Thought Outreach’s pantry, get a raffle ticket in exchange for each jar you bring!
Raffle tickets will also be for sale with all proceeds of the raffle benefiting Food For Thought.
MISCELLANEOUS INFO:
Dress is resort casual.
21 and over only admitted, ID’s will be checked at the door.
