EVENT RULES & REMINDERS
ADMISSION: Teams may consist of 1 to 4 people
$25 per person through 10.05.16,
$35 per person after
+ 4 bottles of IDENTICAL Red wine per team
(Last year’s winning wine, BNA Wine Group - The Rule, is not eligible to win for 2016)

6:30-7 pm Check-In
7-8:30 pm Blind Wine Tasting
9pm Blind Wine Winners announced

WINE CHECK IN: 6:30pm-7:00pm, Please plan to check in with all team members present. All wine must be checked in no later than 7:00 pm. All 4 bottles MUST be identical for admission and must be checked in at ROOM TEMPERATURE, any wine submitted chilled or heated will be disqualified. (so don’t try to cheat!)
HOW IT WORKS: Each team will need to bring 4 bottles of the same red wine (ex: Four bottles of 2006 Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon). Wines must be submitted at standard room temperature. Chilled, heated or uncorked wines will be disqualified. Upon arrival, your team’s wine will be collected; three bottles are placed in bags to hide the label, assigned a number and set out for the “blind” tasting at 7:00 pm. The team with the most votes for their wine as favorite will win ALL unopened 4th bottles of wine from the other teams.
From 7:00 - 8:30 pm, the blind tasting and voting takes place. Votes are counted at 8:30 pm, and the winners are announced at 9:00 p.m. Winning Team must be present at time of announcement to win.
Admission also includes complimentary light hors d’oeuvres, beer and entertainment.
MISCELLANEOUS INFO:
Dress is resort casual.
21 and over only admitted, ID’s will be checked at the door.
